What is doConvert.to?
A free, privacy-friendly toolkit that helps you convert files between different formats — images, PDFs, audio, documents and more.
Do I need to sign up?
No sign-up required. All tools are instantly available in your browser — no account, no email, no friction.
Is it free?
Yes. Every tool on doConvert.to is completely free to use, now and in the future.
Privacy
Are my files stored?
No. Uploaded files are used only for the duration of the conversion and are automatically deleted within 30 minutes. Nothing is retained.
Do you track user activity?
Minimal, anonymous analytics may be collected to understand tool usage in aggregate. No individual user tracking or profiling takes place.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
doConvert.to works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Why do some tools show as disabled?
Those tools are planned but not yet live. They appear in the “Coming soon” section and will be enabled as they become ready.
What is the maximum file size?
Limits vary by tool: 30 MB for PDFs and documents, 100 MB for audio, and 200 MB for video. YouTube downloads have no client-side size limit.
Usage
Can I use doConvert.to on mobile?
Yes. The interface is fully responsive and works well on phones and tablets.
Do the tools work offline?
All conversions happen server-side, so an internet connection is required. Offline support may be explored in future releases.
